MEGHAN MARKLE and Prince Harry's departure from the Royal Family was "never about privacy" according to a royal commentator.Sky News Australia's Rita Panahi and the Australian Daily Telegraph’s Jonathan Moran discussed the reasons behind the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's decision to step away from the Royal Family.Ms Panahi branded reports that the couple are motivated by having a more private life as "nonsense".

She added that Meghan Markle doesn't want to have the "boring" duty that comes with being a royal.Mr Moran said: "There is a lot of good they could be doing from within the royal house and to give it up because you’re worried about a bit of privacy."Then Meghan is already planning her outfit to the Met Gala which is so private, I mean give me strength."Ms Panahi replied: "It has never been about privacy."Let’s be honest, no one believes that, no one is buying that nonsense anymore."It is not about privacy, it’s all about brand endorsements and getting those dollars in.".Mr Moran said: "She wants a superhero flick."Ms Panahi responded: "She doesn’t want to have the duty."It is pretty boring showing up to event after event, cutting ribbons, shaking hands and kissing babies."It is not the Hollywood life she is accustomed to.".Last month Sky News Australia host James Morrow tore apart Meghan Markle's acting dreams during an assessment of her current acting career. He said: "Her acting career wasn’t all that hot, to be honest before she hooked up with the Prince."I just kind of feel sorry for this whole equation.

"I feel like she’ll get a bit of work out of the publicity around this."But I just don’t know if the former Suits star has the big Hollywood roles she is hoping for."Mr Morrow added: "I feel like we are only a few years away from Meghan Markle’s biggest headline being she gets in a fight with what she is wearing in terms of the dress code in a Qantas lounge somewhere."I just don’t feel like this career is going a long way for her.".
