Meghan Markle beaming as she ‘got what she wanted’ – but Harry thinks ‘what have I done?’

MEGHAN MARKLE "got what she wanted" as the Sussexes wrapped up their royal engagements but a royal expert claimed Prince Harry was left questioning the life-altering decision to step down as a senior royal.Meghan Markle, 38, and Prince Harry, 35, ended their royal duties with public engagement at the Commonwealth Day Service on Monday at Westminster Abbey. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who announced they want to become financially independent in January, were seen for the first time with members of the Royal Family since the beginning of the year.Royal expert Phil Dampier believes Meghan and Harry had contrasting emotions at the event.Speaking to Dan Wootton on talkRADIO, Mr Dampier said:

“It was looking very difficult for Harry.“But Meghan looked very, very relaxed as she has done for the last few days in these last final engagements.“She looks happy as Larry. I suppose she could be happy because she got what she wants.”.The host added: “She’s not going to have to sit through many more of these.”.The royal expert continued: “At the moment, I reckon Harry probably was thinking, ‘what have I done?’”.Queen Elizabeth II bade farewell to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry at the event. The Monarch had called the royal couple back to the UK to finish their royal engagements before stepping down.Royal commentator Alastair Bruce believes the Queen is pointing out that Meghan and Harry are either in or out of the Royal Family with a final engagement at the venue she was crowned.Speaking to Sky News, Mr Bruce said: “This is the last time we’ll see the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with the Queen and the Royal Family on engagement and it’s significant that is at Westminster Abbey.“This is where the Queen, who is dedicated to the Commonwealth also took her oath and obligation to serve in her coronation in 1953 and it’s really a sign that that sense of lifetime service the Queen has given.“It’s abdication from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to step away from that by their own choice.

“The Queen’s pointing out that you’re either in or you’re out.”.Meghan will bow out of royal life just one year, 10 months and 12 days – or 682 days – after marrying into the family. The Commonwealth Service was also the first time the Duke and Duchess have appeared with the Royal Family since their bombshell "Megxit" announcement in January.Tradition dictates that Harry, who is not a future king, sits with Meghan in the second row of seats behind the Queen, Charles, Camilla, William and Kate during the service. The Duke and Duchess were pictured standing alongside William and Kate in the gothic abbey last year when Meghan was pregnant with Archie.

Chamisa's lawyer spoke out about Mnangagwa's fraud evidence during the election

OPPOSITION MDC leader Nelson Chamisa will launch a renewed bid to oust President Emmerson Mnangagwa by seeking to have the Constitutional Court (ConCourt) review its own judgment based on “new evidence.”.Chamisa’s lawyer Thabani Mpofu said after studying academic works on the elections published by self-exiled former minister Jonathan Moyo, they were now making efforts to have the judgment on the 2018 presidential elections set aside. The country’s top court ruled that Chamisa had failed to prove allegations of fraud during the presidential election, a vote which left the nation polarised and violence on the streets of the capital Harare.Mpofu said the basis of approaching the ConCourt was because they now believe that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) presented to the courts false information and, therefore, their call for the judgment to be set aside.“The general rule is that once a final judgment or order has been given, the judge who gave it or any other judge of parallel juri...

The former First Lady ganged up with the G40 faction of ZANU-PF....
