We rarely get the chance to see Prince Louis, who’s nearly two – but his mum has now shared a very cute new detail about him.Kate Middleton has let slip Prince Louis’ favourite song – and it is adorable.The Duchess of Cambridge last night held a glittering reception at Buckingham Palace celebrating mental health charity Place2Be’s 25th anniversary.The Sun reports that the royal mum-of-three spoke to pupils from the New North Academy in Islington and Salusbury Primary School in North West London who had gathered to perform for Kate.The Duchess of Cambridge, 38, later learned that it was two of the pupils’ birthdays and gave them her best wishes joking that she should be singing to them.She then let slip that Happy Birthday was actually one of Prince Louis’ favourite songs, though he won’t get to hear it again until



April 23 when he turns two.The children had written a special song for the event and, according to Hello!, the Duchess was keen to offer them a few words of encouragement.Speaking to the children she said: “You’ve written it especially for tonight? Thank you so much! What a treat for me.”.The Duchess has been the patron for the charity since 2013 and gave a speech to charity members, speaking of the pride she feels.Earlier on Monday, Kate joined Prince William at Westminster Abbey for the annual Commonwealth Day Service.The event was Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s final engagement as royals before they quit royal life.Kate and William stun royal fans with rare ‘intimate’ and ‘sweet’ public show of affection.KATE, DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE, and Prince William have delighted and surprised their royal fans by opening up with a "sweet moment" in public that they've never done before.During their official royal visit to the Republic of Ireland, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge gave royal fans more of a look into their relationship than “we’re usually treated to”.Prince William and Kate didn’t “go over the top”, but still used to opportunity to show a few “intimate moments”.HeirPod host and ABC News royal contributor Omid Scobie spoke to ITV royal producer and commentator Lizzie Robinson about the rare public displays of affection the couple made during the trip.Mr Scobie told listeners: “We also saw quite a few intimate moments between William and Kate.“In some of the pictures that Kensington Palace were sharing on Instagram and from some of the footage coming out.“They seem a lot more comfortable together as a couple in front cameras too.“We got a little bit more PDA than we’re usually treated to.”.Ms Robinson added: “They don’t go over the top, do they?.“But there were a couple of really sweet moments, particularly on the cliff walk that they did.“You saw them linking arms sort of in the distance from the cameras.“As they got a little bit closer they unlinked arms.”.She continued: “Then there was a shot up on the top of the cliff with the Irish Sea in the background where they’ve got their arms around each other laughing at the cameras.



“So yes they really do seem comfortable doing that now in front of the cameras.“In a way that maybe they didn’t in the past.”.During their visit, Kate and William met the Ireland’s President Michael D Higgins and his wife at their official residence Áras an Uachtaráin.The Duke and Duchess also took a walk along a coastal cliff path near Howth in County Dublin, bumping into some local people along the way.Following the footsteps of Queen Elizabeth in 2011, the pair travelled to Dublin's Garden of Remembrance in Dublin.There they laid a wreath with the handwritten message: "May we never forget the lessons of history as we continue to build a brighter future together.".They attended a reception at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin and, like his grandmother, William spoke a few words of Irish, addressing guests by saying: "Ladies and gentlemen, a dhaoine uaisle [noble people].".
